The stay at the hotel was good experience with its well maintained facilities and condition. However, commercial activities and public access within walking distance from the hotel were limited except few local coffee shops for simple meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

actually the hotel was good. but the reason i give 1 star, because the ******** lady in breakfast department is so racist..
just because we are ******, seem like she dont like ******s. she much happier entertained ******** customer. 2 night stay there, 2 times facing the same racist problem with these ladies.
she ask one man share table with us, but she dont dare to ask ******** family. she ask us to leave, but why not ask the ******** people to leave. even they are stay more longer than us.
otherwise, the toilet is non ****** friendly. because they dont provide hose to wash. deposit 200. location, comfortable, food is good.
but the problem with racist people,i cant tolerate. hope the hotel management take serious action with my complaint. dont forget, this is Malaysia not China..

My favourite hotel so far. Really worth the money. Every time i got plan here in kuching, i will stay at this hotel. Very nice, comfortable, clean, location also strategic from town.

The front table personnels provide really good the service. Room cleanness is also ok, but my room was at room232, it does have good internet connection.
