很奇怪的一家酒店。到了後前台有個不會英文的大伯，入住是通過他遞過來的電話和某男子英文溝通。這時來了個管家一樣的大媽，説入住時間三點，房間沒好，我説預訂確認書入住時間是七點到十二點。她又打電話給一女的，電話裏女性英文問了預訂訊息和姓名讓那人把鑰匙給我。一頭霧水，去房間時發現很多房間都打掃好了。酒店建築挺新，內部也算乾淨，設備還行，就是電梯小，住頂樓能聽到電梯機械聲直到半夜。酒店離長途汽車站很近，離老城兩三公里，衹是方便一早趕車的人。

This was my first but not last visit in Albania. Excellent hotel and service. We arrived late in the evening, hungry and tired, and the restaurang was closed. Very friendly owner told us that her mother was preparing food and we were welcome to join them. I have travelled a lot, met lots of different people and stayed in various hotels but this kind of kindness is rare. If you are in wine tasting you may find this hotel also interesting, owner is sommelier with great knowledge of wines of course. I can recommend this hotel. Breakfast in this hotel is extraordinary delicious.

I booked this hotel from Dec 28-30 several weeks prior and upon arrival there were no guests or staff. The hotel was under renovation/construction. There was no communication either from Orbitz or Belagrita Hotel about situation or I should not have been allowed to book this hotel for these dates. Wasted my family time while on vacation visiting Berat.

In first look hotel s nice. Rooms are spacious, but it dosent deserve 4 stars defenetly. We traveled witg goup of 20 people. Brecfast should be from 1-10am, but already 7:20 all food run out and staff answering that we dont have more we need to go shoping😳 if you want nice memories your stay in Berat choose better different hotel and hope you have more luck.

I don't understand how a hotel that's supposed to have four stars can stay, at dinner time, without cold beers, without ice, and without credit cards. In Madrid, any guesthouse has more resources. The location is great for sleeping. It's far from everything. There were no taxis to explore the city at night. In short, it was horrible.

Hotel à l'architecture somptueuse ,salle à manger grandiose . Mais il ne mérite pas 4 etoiles . la chambre est relativement grande mais la présence d un troisième lit consomme trop de place .dans la salle de bains l abattant des WC est cassé il ny a pas de plateau de courtoisie ( thé ou café ) et meme pas une bouteille d'eau dans le minibar alors que l eau n'est pas potable ne merite que deux étoiles

Buen hotel, situado en una de las innumerables gasolineras que hay en Albania, pero que andando todo recto en muy poco tiempo se accede a lo principal de la ciudad, los taxis también se pueden usar para llegar al centro histórico o el castillo y funcionan bastante bien. El hotel cuenta con todo lo imprescindible y ofrece la posibilidad de participar en una cata de vinos y licores de producción propia. Su fachada aparenta un castillo.

Ubicaciòn pésima junto a gasolinera ,lejos de la poblaciòn.A las 7.30 de la mañana ya no quedaba nada para desayunar y cuando el guía pidiò q se repusiera poco faltò para q el dueño le agrediera,a mi hija intentaron quitarle el móvil cuando hacía fotos de las bandejas vacías y para colmo cuando llegas a la habitaciòn cansado del viaje tienes q hacerte la cama.Todo un poema
