No entiendo como un hotel que, se supone, tiene 4 estrellas, puede quedsrse, a la hora de la cena, sin cervezas frías, sin hielo y no admiten tarjetas. En Madrid, cualquier pensión tiene más recursos. La ubicación es estupenda para irse a dormir. Está lejos de todas partes. No había taxis para conocer la ciudad por la noche. En definitiva, un horror.

Buen hotel, situado en una de las innumerables gasolineras que hay en Albania, pero que andando todo recto en muy poco tiempo se accede a lo principal de la ciudad, los taxis también se pueden usar para llegar al centro histórico o el castillo y funcionan bastante bien. El hotel cuenta con todo lo imprescindible y ofrece la posibilidad de participar en una cata de vinos y licores de producción propia. Su fachada aparenta un castillo.

Ubicaciòn pésima junto a gasolinera ,lejos de la poblaciòn.A las 7.30 de la mañana ya no quedaba nada para desayunar y cuando el guía pidiò q se repusiera poco faltò para q el dueño le agrediera,a mi hija intentaron quitarle el móvil cuando hacía fotos de las bandejas vacías y para colmo cuando llegas a la habitaciòn cansado del viaje tienes q hacerte la cama.Todo un poema

Intentan estafar a los turistas con los precios de las bebidas. No saben hacer cócteles, son carísimos, no hay hielo y no dan ticket. No atienden las reclamaciones. Es un hotel de 4 estrellas y no bar, ni salón donde estar relac.

Nice hotel which we chose because of the parking - large and very convenient.
The staff is very friendly. Even though check out is in 11 they told us we can stay longer and didn’t specify exact time.
Because we like to walk the distance to the “city center” or more to say old town was also okay (approx 20-25min).
When we check out in 11:30 they asked us if we want breakfast even though it was written 7-10 o clock. Service was good!
Only complaint which is not for the hotel and their fault was that in the evening some guys with very loud and annoying cross bikes were driving 1-2 hours back and forth on the long street in front of the hotel. Our room was towards the street and with open window was disturbing.

Simple quiet hotel just outside town (30 min walk, or 5min taxi). Friendly staff. Large rooms with minor problems (in some rooms the shower head comes off or stuff like that. The usual) Restaurant with limited choice unless you order (far) ahead.

Lovely modern clean hotel with an easy ride into town . The young lady who greeted us on reception was fantastic, so helpful and just a pleasure to meet. The room was stunning with big bed , chaise lounge , air con and great WiFi. Breakfast was decidedly average , little choice and not service with a smile, when I asked for my 3rd small coffee some instant brew appeared, undrinkable. Again reception guy in the morning was also brilliant . Car parking on site with petrol station next door , very easy. Special mention also to the small private bar on the right of the hotel . Lovely host with homemade Raki, Thanks to all for a lovely stay

Avons réalisé un stop d’une soirée en famille, nous avons été charmés par le lieu, dégustation de vin, cuisine typiquement albanaise, personnel très agréable, lieu improbable mais nous recommandons, il est important dans le contexte actuel de recommander ce type de lieu.
