Raaya by Atmosphere - All Inclusive with Free Transfers

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Amari Raaya. Everyone went above and beyond to provide the most superb service. Upon arrival, the representative Zaha already waited for us at the jetty while we were approaching. Her proactive approach truly made a positive impression by assisting us with seaplane transfer and even contacting our next hotel for a smooth transition on the way back. The entire team at Amari did everything to create a memorable stay for us, from Buggy service Nalaka who could remember our names to Housekeeping Saain who made the room twice a day as well as did an amazing job on the bed decoration for my parents anniversary; from All Day Dining restaurant Mr.Himanshu and Mr. Haleem and their team to Ampers&nd’s Egptian staff who showed outstanding hospitality and attentive care. The environment is extremely beautiful. We could even snorkel near our water villa. Food has a great variety especially a good combination of Asian cuisine and international gourmet food. We feel that the value received is on par with what we anticipated. Front Office Mr. Ali and his team’s dedication in ensuring our satisfaction is evident in each interaction, making us feel like valued guests and part of the community. Any enquiry is dealt with in a timely manner. I’d also love to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Mr Haleem, Mr. Himanshu, Julius, Adi from all day dining; Nalaka, Sajid, Thooif, and everyone from Buggy service for providing such convenient transportation which has made getting around so much easier under the sun; Amir, Kero from Ampers&nd Sunset Bar who are so genuinely kind and friendly; Our island host Achala who made reservations for us to ensure a hassle free vacation; and many other staff’s names we can’t recall. Our experience at Amari surpassed our expectations thanks to its exemplary cleanliness, upscale decoration, and most importantly, outstanding hospitality. It was really touching to see everyone came to the seaplane platform and said goodbye. We highly recommend guests seeking a luxurious with attention to detail to consider Amari Raaya.

Excellent stay in ocean water pool villa for 1 week. All the staff on the entire island were super friendly and accommodating. Lots of activities, program and nice & small attentions during the festive period including chocolate, & treats in our room, gift for our child, etc. We hope to come back again!

I am writing this as a humble note of appreciation for the outstanding customer service provided by your Assistant Manager, Mr Ali and his team during my stay. During my four days of visit, mistakes were made on two of the days for incorrect arrangement of programmes. We were lucky enough to meet your Assistant Manager, Mr Ali who fixed the errors.  First, we booked the spa on 10 May via the Information Centre. The staff wrote a note to us, stating that the spa was booked on 10 May. However, when we arrived at the spa centre, the staff there said that the appointment had been made on 11 May. We wondered why no printed notification was given to us for the itinerary or the booking.  Same mistake happened again on 11 May. We booked the TRX class and waited for 30 minutes before the tutor showed up at the designated time. Again, without any printed materials for the activities, we were told that the TRX class was a mixed martial class but it turned out to be a class just for stretching exercise. Had we known that in advance, we wouldn’t have joined the class. After the first two days, we were in such a bad mood that we voiced out our dissatisfaction to your Assistant Manager, Mr Ali. This was our second time to visit Maldives. With the exceptional experience before, we would like to see changes to be made so that all customers can receive quality customer service in future. Making every effort to fix the errors, Mr Ali sent a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday and upgraded us to seaplane transfer to the airport. We really appreciated Mr Ali’s efforts to restore our mood. Mr Ali has successfully turned a complaint into a compliment, creating positive image for the Resort. His commitment to customer satisfaction has not only resolved my issue but has also strengthened my loyalty to the Resort. In addition, we have other comments for your reference as below.  Demonstrating high level of flexibility, the spa centre eventually provided service to us on the day we booked. We sincerely appreciate their efficient and gracious customer service.  The staff at the buffet restaurant are always courteous and helpful and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. Please pass on my appreciation to them.  The floating breakfast was unexpectedly beautiful. The photos taken by your photographer were beautiful too.  Throughout our visit, the drivers of the buses and staff of the dive centre were very friendly. Some of the drivers could even remember our room numbers. They provided a level of service that exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued as a customer.  Nevertheless, there was a little bit of a hiccup. We booked two rooms at your Resort. However, no inter-room call could be made. We tried the method stuck on the telephone but failed. The stay was amazing, starting from service the resort is offering. Many thanks to our island host Sandeepa for permanent assistance, cocktail maker Ismail in the pool bar for tasty drinks, DJ in the restaurant… All personnel is super helpful and friendly, we really enjoyed the stay! Food was also great at all restaurants and the villa with pool is really nice. Plan to come back :)
