Had a really pleasant stay here! 😊 The location is super convenient, with Watsons and 99 Speedmart just downstairs, so it’s really easy to get anything you need.
The car park also has security, which made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay. Special thanks to the frontline staff — everyone was super polite, friendly, and welcoming.
Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Would definitely consider coming back again! ❤️

Areas for improvement by the hotel:
1. When the beds were pushed together, the area underneath hadn't been swept.
2.Hotel towels – they didn't absorb water well. It made me wonder if they were actually washed properly or not.
The great things about the hotel:
1. Coway water filter – so no hassle buying drinking water.
2. Friendly hotel staff
3. Security – like a luxury hotel in KK; you need a card to use the elevator.
4. Hotel parking provided.
5. The room size was well worth the price paid.
6. Area with easy access to daily necessities and restaurants.

Hotel looks new, proper maintained. Hotel have lift access. A branded water cooler near to reception area. Can top up your bottle for water. Safety was good, having security always on the clock at the hotel entrance. Not near to any attraction, must have car to access to the town. Hotel vicinity has self laundry shop, supermarket, Watson and few eateries.

I had a good experience staying in a very compact hotel, and the use of digital technology to check in and to access the hotel and room. The room and toilet is well-maintained and very clean. Your assistance and services as well as from Vannie during my stay is most helpful and very much appreciated. Kind regards, Moey
