The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city, but the environment is quiet. There is a beach behind the hotel, and it is great to watch the sunset. However, there are many mosquitoes, which bite a lot of bags🤣

Well maintained villa with friendly staff who care about their guests. The villa are clean, well furnished & have a large beds. It is like an oasis of calm & peaceful a**osphere. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa & definitely will stay here again. Kudos to Fran & the wonderful team at Kudat Riviera.

What an amazing unspoiled place. We stayed in Bayuh Sabbha and it was beautiful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach just a minute away. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed six nights and ended up eating in four nights - thanks for that amazing vegetarian curry and my husband loved the incredible (and huge) seafood BBQ. The staff will go out of their way to make you whatever you like at a very reasonable price! Probably one of the most relaxing places I have ever been to. Thanks again to Fran, Ben, Annie and the incredible team at KR

The 3rd time vacationing at Casuarina Palm villa, the view facing the sea is very beautiful. The environment is calm, clean. All the staff are very cooperative. A vacation spot that is highly recommended for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Hope to see you again next time, it is a place of choice our family's main holiday here. The Kudat Riviera staff are all the best, especially Miss Francisca..

The place is, of course, unique for Borneo. Beautiful Balinese style villas, huge rooms, beautiful furniture. Beautiful beach and garden with swimming pool. We rented one bedroom, but we had the entire huge villa to ourselves. Of the minuses - no food and tasteless breakfast. Also cheap liquid soap, dirty refrigerator, we didn't use it. And in general, the cleanliness is not the best, which is a pity, since such a villa needs to be well looked after. But the service staff tried their best, bringing us coconuts every day, which was nice.

My wife and I along with our friends stayed at Casuarina Palm Villa for 4 days and it was one of the best local holidays we've had in a while. Having the beach in the backyard felt great and waking up to the sound of waves was just a dream. A very spacious place for 6 people. The staff there were very helpful and accommodating to our requests with food and items for leisure! Will definitely come again in the near future!

A place where privacy is what you are looking for. Stayed there in August 2022 and March 2023. Full cooking facilities. You can bring your own food and never have to go out again until you check out. Friendly staffs. Villas well maintained. Clean beach.
