I stayed there for 2 nights with my wife and daughter. One of the best Hotel/Resort I have stayed with. Room Service and House keeping was excellent. It was the fastest room service and house keeping we have ever experienced. The staff is so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good and food was very very good and reasonably priced. The property is well maintained and though they say it's 4 Star it's not too far from 5 Star standard. Special Thanks to Front office Staff Mr. Suhail and F & B ***ager Mr. Shekar for taking care of us very well. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms were ok but not well maintained. Bedsheets seemed like they needed a wash on closer look. The toilet could have been cleaner. If you are keen to watch TV then you can be disappointed. Multiple requests are needed for them to recharge the dth account and show some channels. Floor cleaning is done only on request. But the location is good, just 2-3 minutes from Kushalnagar bus depot. It's near to many places like shops, hotels, theater, hospital etc. Even Nisargadhama is not too far. I paid 5600 for 2 nights and had booked via a site. It could be lower during off-season.

It's really a best place surrounded by full of greenary we can feel the nature's beauty at that place I really loved the place the food was really good and the service it was like amazing they were very friendly and caring.It was a very nice time spending at the resort .I don't have words to say about its greenary and climate because even at hoter climates it have a cooling weather I and my family really enjoyed the visit .

It is lodge type hotel, rooms are same as in the picture, bathroom is clean, however dust stains can be observed. In night we observed coacroaches below the bed. Staffs are friendly, polite and very helpful. At this price point & location (near to bus stand) this hotel is good.

Good points: clean rooms, huge window facing a empty plot, airy and we'll ventilated. Despite being a non-ac room, it had a mini fridge in it. Basic toiletries like toothbrush, paste, soap and shampoo given. Clean towels and blankets. Complimentary dinner was good. Staff are courteous. One of the best hotels in kushalnagar. Not nice: the complimentary breakfast buffet was bad, the idli was hard, khara bath was too oily. Better to skip the complimentary breakfast. We were provided with just 1 towel, not an issue, as we had our own towel too. But at the time of checkout they asked us politely about the missing second towel, we explained that only 1 towel was provided. They understood the issue was from their end. This is something they could have avoided. Overall, it's a good place to stay and i will definitely choose this hotel even for next time. For family stay - 100% i recommend this.
