The room is suitable for single person and superb clean! Not as small as expected. The only downside is there's no lift. But lucky I get a 2nd floor room.

Clean hotel and good service

Hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable for a budget hotel. Water heater is always hot with adjustable digital temperature. The down side of the hotel is no lift.

A great place to stay, room is clean, check in is easy. Going up to the room requires you to climb up staircase, but it all was well maintain. I stayed at a single room, amenities is great. Room come with WiFi which is definitely helpful as my own data is very bad. Located around 15 minutes away from Senai Airport by car.

What I like about the hotel - Location is relatively convenient for senai airport travellers as it’s nearly 12 to 13 minutes away Suitable for 1 pax looking for a economical place to take a short rest before their flight What I don’t like about the hotel - No lift Bedsheet is clean but there’s some sort of smell which is kinda unpleasant for my own personal preference I found a corpse of a dried up bed bug

Room clean,service good & they are friendly 😊. Only tea bag (Black tea) no provide,the rest it was good.

They gave me the room with twins bad at corner of 2nd floor. My daughter opened the bathroom door screaming and came out. Very very very smelly. We went to complain to the counter and they helped changed to 3rd floor just above the smelly unit. Next morning I opened the window wanted to get fresh air but the same smelly wind blowing to me. Terrible!! I think the cesspit is at the ground just near to corner unit. Unforgettable that smell till today. But the room cleanliness, aircon is ok.

When i saw the rating of 3.9 in google review, i were a bit anxious of booking this hotel/inn. Turn out, the superior queen room i booked is quite nice (with that low price). The lobby and room are clean and comfy. The soundproof between the room is decent as well, not noisy. Clean bathroom; the mattress and pillows are comfortable/ clean. They also provide water dispenser in each room. As for the iron, you will need to request from the counter. The internet speed is decent as well. Limited free hotel parking in the morning; but no problem finding parking along the street. The only downside is they don't have lift/ elevator. So those who has knee problems, you may not want to book here.

The hotel room size is okay except the room is a bit old and not well clean

Actually I didn't expect anything else. Coz I just need family room for one night when I go back KL from Singapore. But I reached there almost over 12 am. But Security guard was in the front of gate. I felt safety. And staff was nice in the front desk although we were too late. Room also was very clean. No smoking smell. And towels clean. Water heater is okay. I love it. I want to book again next time.
