We had a wonderful stay in hotel shobla royal, kullu. We reached at about 12 noon and they entertained us well whereas the check in time was 2 pm. Reception staff was very much cordial. Room service so quick we cannot imagine. Room service was well ***aged by the maintenance staff. Everything was perfectly ***aged in the room. Quality of mattress, bed sheet was good enough to feel soothing. Washroom was also well equipped with quality fittings like c era company. I was impressed by the quality ii f washroom towels and toiletries. Over all good experience on staying there.

Property located in the main city. The property is old and need a renovation at the earliest to continue in the business. Food & services is ok

Cancel-led my reservation without my knowledge after paying amount one month in advance and no courtesy to intimate in advance or before my arrival to ***ali. On the day of journey to ***ali from hyderabad on enquiry i came to know that it was cancel-led due to renovation by hotel ***agement. Neither i had intimation from make my trip nor hotel shonali royale.
