部屋もキレイで過ごし易く満足しておりましたが、チェックアウトの午前10時前、準備をしていたところ、ベットメイク、清掃の方と思われますが、ノックはありましたが、返事をする間もなく、鍵を開けて扉を開けられる状況がありました。満足していたのに、10時前に開けられるのには、がっかりでした。
