Comfortable hotel with a convinient location in Kumamoto.

We were give room on the 3rd floor for our return stay, the WiFi connection was terrible, there were some kind of red stains on one of our bath towel. No bottle mineral waters were provided to us at all. The walls have some brown stain that looks like coffee stained as well. Bed was not comfortable and we didn’t really sleep well.

I don’t like the smell in the bathroom. The room is quite small. But you have every thing you may need in the room: fridge, a cattle, hairdryer, flat tv screen and a bathtub.

Can clear see Kumamoto castle from room is so good. Room also clean and conscience to downtown.

Room was clean and the best part was the rooftop facing Kumamoto Castle. My room, however wasn’t facing the castle sadly.

Good location, near the shopping street, and there are few convenient stores nearby. The view of my room can see the Kumamoto castle! Not a big room, but you will get all the things you need inside the room. Good for couple or Busines trip, quite a comfy and clean environment to stay.

I was debating between two hotels, but decided on this one because they were so kind to me when I inquired the day before. I stayed in a twin room. You can see Kumamoto Castle and it's within walking distance. You can also walk to the downtown area. There are three affiliated parking lots. I got lost on the way to the parking lot, so I called them for navigation. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and had great smiles. The hotel is clean and new. The bathroom is also clean. There is an air purifier and two pillows. You can see Kumamoto Castle from the rooftop terrace, which is great 😀 and they even offer a drink. They provide cords, various rental services, and it's great that they can store your luggage after you check out 😊 I'd like to use this when I visit again.

You can see Kumamoto Castle from the window of the room. It rained on my last day in Kumamoto, and when I went to get my luggage, the front desk lent me a towel and an umbrella. They were very kind 🥰 Thank you very much!

The hotel I stayed in Kumamoto was almost the best hotel in this trip. First of all, its location is very good, just opposite the Kumamoto Castle, and there is a commercial street nearby, with many places to go shopping and eat. Second, its room is slightly more spacious than that of Japanese hotels, so it is no problem to open the suitcase, and the bathroom is also relatively spacious. The pajamas they have are the best-looking ones I have worn in Japanese hotels. In addition, their breakfast is also very good. First, a set meal is served, and if the rice is not enough, you can add tea rice or curry beef rice. Tea, coffee and drinks are all self-service, unlimited. They have a terrace where you can look directly at the Kumamoto Castle Tower. I also practiced yoga there. It felt very comfortable, as if I absorbed the essence of the sun and the moon!

The hotel service staff are very friendly and can communicate in English. The room is clean, and you can enjoy the night view of Kumamoto Castle leisurely on the top floor. Next to it is Kumamoto Castle and Shimotori Shopping Street, which is very convenient for shopping, eating and shopping.

Check-in is completed at the counter, but you still need to go to the self-service check-in machine to swipe your card. I have already completed the check-in procedure at the counter. Is it difficult to just swipe your card together?
