We took 8 rooms for a family get together and had a small birthday party as well. Rooms were awesome as well as the food. The staff was extremely helpful from Front office to the restaurant. Will definitely recommend. Jithin F&B manager deserves a special mention.

Stayed with family ; group of 7 A really fantastic place to stay. The staff are efficient,courteous and friendly. Any request was met with the most accommodating attitude and help! The place is spotless. Clean and comfortable! The food was exceptionally good. My wife and I have travelled extensively in Europe and Australia and also in US. This place can match and better any of the hotels in the above places!!! Lovely pool which was very clean. The lakeside location provides a good location to sit , contemplate and write if you are inclined to do this. The Staff really make the place. Ratheesh, Jithin , Dr Anu, Deepak, Vishnu, Gayathri, Sija are some of the names that spring to mind. The food , as I already mentioned , was exceptional. So much choice. My Scottish wife had bacon and eggs and was very pleased. Would like to return and stay longer this time. Many thanks. Dr Martin George and Donna George and family Western Australia

Excellent property. Well maintained. Staff is very courteous particularly Dipak Mondal and Gayatri. Games and other activities are very well maintained. Quality of food is good. Rooms are excellent and house keeping is very prompt and courteous.

An extremely pleasant experience staying at this beautifully located resort. Everything was just perfect, the rooms, the breathtaking views and all the amenities. The highlight is the sunset cruise on the lake, which is an unmissable treat. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and always willing to help. Their Creeks restaurant serves absolutely delicious food. A fantastic buffet spread in both breakfast and dinner. Special mention to attendent Deepak who ensured that we had everything we needed even if it was not in the buffet. Highly recommend this place if you want to have the best vacation...

When it comes to Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, Kumarakom. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more enjoyable experience at a hotel before. The staff were so attentive and catered to our needs consistently. The rooms are stunning with amazing views. Activities were a one in a life time experience, from the house boat tours to paddle boating within the resort itself. I can’t express enough the joy my family got staying here and no matter the time you spend here, It truly will never be enough

Hi, It was a real splendid experience of 3 days stay in Gokulam Grand. The ambience of the property was 'Amazing'(Neat & Clean). The 'Hospitality' of all staff's right from reception, restaurant, house keeping was 'GREAT'. Especially while having food, they frequently asked us about our food experience. The Chef was very friendly & listened to our minor suggestions with care. The quality of food was excellent, bit expensive, but worth paying for it. We loved the Kerala special item like 'Matta Rice with Ulli Theyal'. It was 'WOW'. The 2 meal option complimentary plan was an economical one. The spread during dinner buffet was good. One suggestion is that, 'Please include all 'Regional TV Channels' for our time pass after we enter room. Only few were there & upon request we were given with few option to select our channels. We have enjoyed a lot during our family trip. Food was awesome and staff has specifically arranged Jain food for us. Very supportive staff. Deepakbhai and his team has arranged our food and it was delicious. Overall property is very good. Strongly recommended for leisure.
