Location is good with ample parking space. Room is spacious, restroom is horrible. Overall it is average, not worth the money. Reception people are not cooperative.

Hotel location is good. Good food served in the restaurant, which is outsourced. Upkeep of the room inventory needs to be done. All are old furnitures and amenities. Bathroom amenities to be changed, all in very bad stage.

Location and amenities are very good. Breakfast time starts at 07:30 only, which is not suitable. Room service is good but to be improved. Food is tasty and good.

Spacious room size. It’s a decent place to stay. Better room service. Rooms are clean. But for its price they can do little better. We faced only issue with hot water. Overall recommended to stay as a family and enjoy your visit.

Rooms are not properly clean. Bathroom is dirty, stained. It looks like the bathroom area is not cleaned and maintained for many years. Towels are rough. Bed linen is not soft. Stained runner etc. Tea cups are extremely dirty and permanently stained. Unclean glasses. Wifi doesn't work. They shared the password after i asked for it. There is no restaurant. The hotel is only for stay. Packaged water is not drinkable. The water taste weird. There is one restaurant at the entrance - marari sweets. I guess of same management. They serve pathetic food. Limited menu. Stone like hard idlee, curries are tasteless. Maida paratha had hair. Overall not good

Average place rooms are clean but it’s an old hotel. Not maintained well enough though. Rooms had water kettle and sugar only coffe and tea were not provided and one of our rooms locks didn’t work when exiting the room to lock. The bathroom was not up to standard and the whole room smelled of smoke even though it’s a non smoking room and found cigarette buds outside the bathroom window. Would not recommend for family. The restaurant doesn’t open till 9 am so u have to go elsewhere for your morning coffee. Rooms are spacious and big
