Ambience is amazing and mesmerising. It’s a paradise with divine music, greenery all round, with peacocks and swans. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Activities are enjoyable. The staff are smiling, pleasing, polite and helpful. Museum has very antique collections by a single person. Every item has a story to it. Entrance to Dining restaurant has ***y terracota life size articles and inside antique clocks and Tanjore paintings are awesome. Overall the visit is worth a million. A visit will make you revisit again and again. If given an opportunity make a visit.

A very peaceful place to stay at and relax. It brings out the typical village experience away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The rooms are old fashioned and have the typical look and feel of houses from the 70s and 80s period. Of course all modern amenities are also there. With the focus being on the traditional south Indian village experience, the food options are also going to be more traditional and south Indian in nature. As this is some distance away from Swamimalai which us the nearest town, it is more self contained, although there are some small shops nearby. The property is huge and there are a lot of things that we can do within the resort. There is a museum within the premises and has a good collection of antiques. Plus as part of the general decor, old paintings are hung on all the walls. Statues and art work are placed at strategic points throughout the place. Peacocks roam around the property and is a beautiful sight. The resort organizes bullock cart rides, bharathanatyam dance perfor***ces, a tour of the museum and so on. So people who are artistically inclined will definitely enjoy it. The resort is definitely a hidden gem and worth the visit.

We stayed in indeco Swami malai for a function. The place is too good, service with a smile by the staff , good food and excellent heritage ambience , nicely maintained. Keep it up . Will visit again n also recommend to others. The owner takes personal visits to ensure everything is in place.

This is the most extraordinary place I've ever stayed - quite simply a magical experience. The reception is located in a splendid palace which was relocated to this site brick by brick. There is an astounding gallimaufry of eclectic objects assembled and displayed with great taste. My room was palatial!
