Room was really neat and clean. Everything was really nice. But the bed size is small it should be large. And the rate of the room is very high compare to other hotels. They didnt provide breakfast in this price range. But other hotels are more cheaper than this hotel. Otherwise room and hospitality was good.

Property location is wonderful. Staff was welcoming and helpful and courteous. Though it is homestay but the property owners provide assistance like a hotel. morning tea and muffins were complimentary. rooms are sufficiently spacious and beautifully designed with windows beautiful view of garden. though bed is sufficiently spacious for couple it is difficult to sleep with a 2 year old. TV with premium subscription was a nice touch. tea was good. this property provides good information for restaurants and helps in booking tickets for tourist spots etc. Kitchen facility is really functional though the same is accessible through staff only. good restaurants are all within walking distance. it was excellent experience.

The property is one year old. Properly maintained. It was peaceful for the bikers and their families. The staff are friendly. I stayed here for three nights. For authentic food, i preferred periyar cafe for its value, quality, and service. I truly enjoyed it. The ksrtc bus stand, restaurants, periyar office, and parking lots are all close. Done

Beautiful property at city centre. All attractions and restaurants are at walking distance. Had a chance to meet property owner, lady with beautiful nature. Property manager always ready to assist. All in all perfect stay if in Thekkady 😊😊
