The room is okay, clean and quite enough for 1 person. Location is nearby food center (flavor bliss). Overall is good

There is no hair dryer in the room. I stayed for 2 nights but the towels were not changed. There is a mall nearby so you can easily find food.

Located in the heart of Alam Sutera is the value added for this hotel but the service needs to be improved. The elevator is always not working so we had to take our luggage through the stairs by our self as there was no staff standby and the receptionist did not offered any assistance. Furthermore working is on progress and it disturbed us during our stay except in the evening.
