Our stay at the Royal Classic Resort in Kandy, Sri Lanka was from 6th to 10th December 2023. We loved every moment of our stay in this beautiful Hotel,built in the midst of pristine nature,away from any hustle and bustle.I still remember our room and the panoramic view from the balcony.Waking up every morning to such majestic views was fortunate. The service from all the dedicated Hotel Staff members enhanced our happiness! They excelled in all departments,be it dining,house keeping,Reception or the Security. The food was great and much pains were taken to cater to our palate.Vegetarian fare was specially prepared and this was very heart-warming. The House-keeping team was very good too. The Reception team was always ready to help us with any queries/issues. We would like to thank all the hotel Staff members for making us so comfortable and happy.Please forgive us if we have not remembered the names of all Staff. The atmosphere on the first floor is very good, the buffet breakfast and dinner are okay, but the steak is a bit old, and there are many kinds of tea ☕️, but the room is still a bit small! I just didn’t expect the room to have Chinese power sockets, it should be specially designed for people from different countries in advance

The hotel with the best and most stable wifi signal during this trip, very clean and hygienic, next to the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, the hotel restaurant is not bad. The only bad thing is that we set the city side view, but when we checkin, we are told that it is gone.

Originally booked Grand, who knew that it was cancelled without reason before check-in, it was really speechless, and then I was forced to change this one when I was playing. This one has a good environment, but the location is too biased and there is nothing around. Originally, Kandy is the mountain city, eating is not convenient, The overall view of the top of the mountain is not as good as I booked before, but I can't see anything, because I went out to eat and passed by, the grand location is excellent. The room facilities are old, the roof is covered with foam, the service is not bad, the price is high, and the price is not high. Breakfast is also ordered.

The view from the room is amazing. If you like cocept hotels far from Crowded city here is the best place to stay. The hotel located on a hill which is quiet private, clean air, tasty food with smiley staff. Open Buffet is also good and worth to try it x The rooms have really nice view
