The view worth the price. I would like to visit here again next time. I give 4 star for the room because got stains on the bedsheets and some hair was left on the floor after cleaning.

Pampines Villa at Mount Kinabalu delivered an experience that felt both refined and genuinely warm. From the moment we needed assistance, the customer service stood out — the team graciously supported us even beyond their working hours, with kindness and professionalism that made us feel truly cared for.
The villa itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained, reflecting a high standard of comfort and attention to detail. Every space was pristine, thoughtfully arranged, and inviting — a perfect sanctuary to rest and unwind.
This stay left a lasting impression on us. Pampines Villa combines luxury accommodation with sincere hospitality, a rare and memorable combination. We were deeply impressed and will most certainly return whenever we find ourselves back at Mount Kinabalu. Highly recommended.

The environment is good and relax..But My villa at midnight will cutoff the fan electricity every 2 minutes,get a terrible sleep … Is hot.. and I from midnight wait until tomorrow 8am only they send technical support ,but their technician also can’t solve the problem . hope they can improve 😐

The stay is chilling and have a good view from the room. Able to cook by self or order from the cafe. There have a good spot to see the stars in the night. Staff is friendly and helpful!

This is an excellent location in Kundasang, and I would gladly return. The host was very responsive. There is no reception counter; all communication is handled via WhatsApp. For the villa, a deposit of RM200 is required to be transferred to an account and will be refunded within three days. A cafe is available on the premises. The only minor issue was the unstable Wi-Fi, which prevented TV viewing. It would be beneficial to have a lock for the outdoor toilet.

Very good location and we have a perfect view on Mount KK in the morning ... the host of the accomodation is very friendly and the kitchen can custom made your meal if it isnt too busy

While staying in this villa, we really have a good view of seeing Mount Kinabalu, it was really so near in front us. I can see Mount Kinabalu from my room as well. But the location is quite far from centre especially the road has many potholes.

Nice stay in kundasang for friends travelling. Its abit pricey but service is okay. Happy to stay here. They have ONLINE SOURCE FOR Movies and dramas. Glad to have our staycay here.
