I have stayed at different radisson properties across india, and the experience has been great in terms of staff, amenities and service. There are ***y fun activities including trekking, cycling etc. The food is just about average. I had booked half board for my family. I would not recommend having dinner here. Overall good for weekend stay.

Had a wonderful stay. The property is good. Nothing to complain about except some noise around due to construction work. But that is happening all over lonavla. The staff was very nice to us. The best part was the morning nature track and cycling arranged. We had a lot of fun. Food is very good

We went to radisson for celebrating our wedding anniversary. They committed a half kg cake and later denied and after telling them that they promised a cake they just sent 250 gms, the room allotted was terrible where the bathroom was used and flush was broken. When i escaped the matter they said we will speak to our seniors and get back to you. We stayed there for 2 nights and no one bothered to revert also. The room service took 1 hr after repeated reminders

It was a average hotel like a 3 star hotel. Average rooms. There was no bathmat in the room. And also just basic amenities like in a 2 star hotel. No value for money. No customer service nothing. Its was just a average stay and not the stay for the amount they are charging.

Though i have been to lonavala ***y times but this was one was special since i wanted to make it special since it was my daughters (new born-2 months) first trip post delivery as on 12th sept’23 and for my wife after going through the pregnancy journey so with this keeping in mind i chose radisson for the best experience and safe too at the same time, and to my surprise radisson team had made this a special and memorable trip right from the beginning till i departed from the hotel, i might sound little exaggerating but honestly it’s the perfect family which one hope for. Very professional staff and cordial, reception staff, their ***agers at the restaurants and its supprt staff are awesome even the security and welcome staff are polite and deserves the big applause. I really appreciate and thankful to radisson team for making this family trip a successful and pleasant one, thank you !
