The airport shuttle service was a lifesaver; after confirming the time in advance, the driver was waiting punctually, super friendly, and even helped with my luggage. We had a great chat on the way. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, making check-in efficient. They also thoroughly explained breakfast times and room amenities, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding fresh and odor-free, with no stains even in the corners. Coupled with the air purifier, the air felt wonderfully fresh, and I slept like a log. Plus, the XiaoDu smart control meant I didn't have to lift a finger, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. I was pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary breakfasts, which were varied and delicious. The hotel's overall ambiance is very comfortable. For this price, getting so many high-quality features is perfect for both layovers and short trips. I've already recommended it to friends who are flying, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
