Crystal Orange Hotels in Kunming

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station and Kunming Old Street, making it super convenient for getting around, dining, and shopping. The service was great, and the housekeeping staff was particularly warm and attentive; they even left us six bottles of water when they saw we hadn't left the room. The room itself was very comfortable and quiet, despite being so close to a bustling street, so we got a really good night's sleep.

I am a fan of Huazhu. This is my first time staying at Orange Crystal in Kunming and I am very satisfied with the experience. Very new hotel. Xiao Dong and Xiao Xu at the front desk were very warm, polite and thoughtful. When we checked in, in addition to the timely delivery of warm bottled water, they also provided festive green rice dumplings, which was very heartwarming. According to our request, not only did they smoothly adjust our room, delay check-out, but they also provided us with breakfast. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is rich, with both hot and cold Chinese and Western food, and the dining environment is very modern, comfortable and elegant. In general, the staff of this hotel are warm and polite, the service attitude is very good, and the price-performance ratio is high. It is worth recommending. I will choose to stay here again next time I come to Kunming.

It was very late at night when we arrived. The midnight snack stopped at 22:00. We waited until 21:45 to finish the meal and went to have midnight snack. The rice noodles were delicious. They upgraded us to a family room. There were three pairs of disposable slippers of different sizes. The bed was also double + single. The room was very large and clean.
