It was a bit cold in Kunming these two days, but the air conditioner and heater were turned on at any time, and the room was warm. And check out before 2 pm, so you can rest for a while.

This stay at Home Inn far exceeded my expectations! Located in a prime downtown location, just a 10-minute walk from the subway station, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping options. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, even proactively upgrading my room. The room boasted a stylish and minimalist design, soft and comfortable bedding, and a refreshing and elegant ambiance that created a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet and was equipped with high-quality toiletries, demonstrating attention to detail. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including local specialties and Western dishes, with a buffet featuring over twenty different dishes that offered excellent value. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff for their meticulous service; they even neatly folded my clothes after each cleaning. The front desk manager provided comprehensive services from check-in to check-out, prioritizing rooms with better layouts, providing laundry and luggage delivery, and assisting with check-in and luggage collection – all with professionalism and friendliness. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is an ideal choice!

The room is spacious, clean, and very quiet at night. At first, because I arrived late, the room type I originally booked was no longer available, so I got a free upgrade. The service was very good, and the attitude was also very good. I forgot to take my things when I checked out because I was in a hurry. After contacting me later, The hotel sent it to my home. It was a very nice experience. Full marks. I wish you a prosperous business and a lot of money. 😊

I highly recommend this place when visiting Kunming! It's very close to Tangzixiang subway station, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We got caught in the rain for two days in Kunming, and I initially thought self-service laundry would be time-consuming, requiring us to wait in line to put our clothes in the washing machine and dryer, and then bring them back up. But surprisingly, there was a dedicated staff member to handle the laundry and drying, and a little robot even delivered clothes to our room! The whole process was effortless and a huge help! The bed was very comfortable, the shower water was hot and the water pressure was great, and the hairdryer dried our clothes quickly! The bar in the lobby also had free coffee and cookies, which were delicious.

Home Inn makes us feel the warmth of family and the sense of coming home. The hotel breakfast is good with a wide variety of choices. The rooms are cozy with windows, and the cups are clean and hygienic with dustproof films. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, patiently answering all our questions. The service is excellent. The location is convenient, close to the train station, and you can take a bus to Kunming Old Street. In the evening, you can stroll around Shuangqiao Night Market. There is also a forest park and supermarket next to the hotel, making shopping and walking very convenient.

Recommended! Facilities: There are public free washing machines and dryers, large capacity is also very new, there are irons and drying racks, 100 points! The room is large and the bathroom is relatively small, but it is acceptable. Hygiene: super clean! The entire hotel, including the front store, corridors, rooms, bedding, and public spaces are bright and clean, really awesome! Environment: At the time of check-in, there was a construction site next to it, and there was no big impact after closing the window. The location is acceptable, and it takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi to Haitang Park and Cuihu Park. Service: Super friendly, proactive and polite! When we left, we mentioned the problem of low hot water pressure and toilet flush sensor. Not only did we not escape the problem, we also actively acknowledged the problem and told us that we would arrange for the master to repair it. Before leaving, we also sent us a portable  small water cup, really hard.

The Tanglongji Xiaolongbao diagonally opposite is delicious and delicious. It is open 24 hours a day and has a lot of food. It is very convenient to go there by taking the subway. , there is a subway station 800 meters away, and the bus station No. 52 is very convenient to go to Daguan Tower. In the summer season, the lotus flowers in Daguan Tower are in full bloom. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and has many varieties. The waiters in the restaurant are gentle and friendly and take the initiative to help. They don't know how to cook rice noodles in a small pot and are eager to help. The hotel environment is very hygienic, very clean and warm. The service in the guest room must be very good. If you need anything, it will be delivered in a timely manner. The lady at the front desk is very good and answers all questions. She takes the initiative to say hello when entering and leaving the hotel. She is very polite and has a gentle tone. She also speaks in a gentle tone. This is a great hotel. I give them a thumbs up. . There is free fruit tea and candies in the lobby. They are all free. I am very satisfied. There is also parking, which provides customers with great convenience. I will definitely come back if I have the opportunity in the future.

Safety is also a non-issue as there's a police station right across the street. It's conveniently located near the pedestrian street, which is just a short walk away, and being in a residential area, there are plenty of delicious local food options nearby. Honestly, the value for money here is quite impressive. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip!
