As a Malaysian visiting China for the first time, Kunming, Yunnan was my first choice of destination. Besides the beauty of the city itself, what impressed me the most was the warmth and hospitality of the local people.
The two ladies at the front desk at HAMPTON were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Since we were a little short on time, one of them even kindly helped us wash and hang our clothes to dry, 😹🙏which was something we never expected and truly appreciated.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Upon check-out, the front desk staff also gifted me a can of local specialty coffee, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kunming. If I could, I would gladly give it six stars.
