Qining Homestay (Kunming Railway Station)

The hotel is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from the train station. All rooms are on the 24th floor. We got a free room upgrade, and it was quite spacious. Everything was clean and comfortable. There's a water cooler in the hallway, and plenty of dining options on the ground floor of the building. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I need to stay near the train station. Thanks!

The room was clean and tidy. The owner was very kind and enthusiastically told us about the surrounding area. It's also close to the old street, just a 10 yuan taxi ride away. We booked a twin room, but it was quite small.

I chose this B&B for my two-day layover in Kunming. The location is super convenient for transportation and shopping, especially being so close to Kunming Station. Since my train was in the evening, I paid 48 yuan for a late check-out, which solved both my travel and luggage storage issues. As I was leaving, I discovered this super convenient underground passage (pictured) in front of the station 😉

A very pleasant and clean hotel, just five minutes from the train station. There's a water cooler available, and plenty of dining options in the area. The hosts are super hospitable! They gave us an upgrade, and we ended up with a spacious room. There's also a projector, if you can get it set up to your liking.

The environment and hygiene are quite good. The main thing is that it's close to the train station, so it's good for a one-night stay.
