I stayed here before, and it was great value for money and a cool location next to Expo Garden. Unfortunately, this time, we were rather disappointed:
hotel is rundown, their dinner buffet stopped operating last year, food at the remaining restaurant is expensive for China standards and not authentic. The Expo Garden is basically closed. They still have it open, but a lot of facilities there are either not maintained or closed. Quite a disappointing remnant of what it was before covid. Cleaning was barely acceptable. Nothing was outright dirty but quite dusty. The family room is good for parents with a child.

離世博園五分鐘，如果是自駕遊，完全可以把車停到酒店，再到世博園遊玩，早晨還可以把世博園作為自家花園散步，酒店設施、衞生、環境、服務都不錯，早餐也挺好店。

很糟糕的一次旅行，走的時候忘記拿手錶充電器（原裝）和手機充電器了（非原裝）。已經開車到撫仙湖後才發現沒拿，打電話給酒店當時説收好了，我又開車回去拿，晚上準備充電打開一看草莓熊的充電頭（原裝）不在。我打電話過去酒店説他們客房休息了，喊我第二天早上再去電。今天早上打電話給客房服説了情況：兩個充電插頭分別連着兩根線插在牆上（草莓熊手錶的插在燒水的位置，手機的插在右邊床頭），客服説，他問了客房説東西都拿了，為什麼少一個他就不知道了。是啊，票上都寫了兩個，為什麼拿的時候衹有一個頭？而且是原裝頭不見了？我想請他再問一下，會不會頭在牆上沒拿下來，他説，反正東西都拿了，都在，為什麼少了他表示不知道。首先出來旅遊，東西掉了心情都會不好，兩個連着的東西為什麼不見了一半，好歹也要問一下找一下吧？這什麼服務態度？？真是影響心情！！！

第一次差評，酒店總體特別差，配不上4星，攜程給這家酒店4星，可能昆明的酒店水平都這樣吧，
1.隔音差，23點了門隔壁放水洗澡的聲音都清晰可見，竟然是4星
2 設備老舊，水龍頭直接脱落，房屋燈光昏暗，還有異味
3.沒有窗户，都是室內搭建的，導致空氣不流通，一股味道
4，服務員前台和保安，態度跟辦事窗口有一拼，特別保安偽軍一樣，説話流裏流氣

酒店大堂很大，離世博園很近，其實我們的房間在底下有台階拿行李不方便，房間不透風。酒店的米線還挺好吃。
