Atour X Hotel Kunming Old Street Wuyi Road

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, and responded quickly to our requests. The room was clean and elegant, and the bed and pillows were just right – not too hard, not too soft. Breakfast was fresh, and there was even a free late-night buffet. The location is super convenient for getting around. The old street is right behind the building, making it really easy to take photos, explore, and grab a bite to eat. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The environment and hygiene are excellent, and the location is superb, right behind Kunming Old Street. The breakfast selection is also pretty good. The only slight drawback is that there are only two elevators, so you might have to wait during peak hours.

This hotel's location in downtown Kunming was perfect for our activities. Right outside, if you turn right, you're on the old street pedestrian area; cross the road, and there are several large shopping malls, making shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel facilities are very new, and the staff are warm and attentive. We called to ask for a small item we needed, and a robot delivered it to our room immediately! The breakfast variety was the most extensive we've seen in all the hotels we've stayed at, and it tasted excellent too! They even offer a late-night snack service.

Great central location and nice rooms! The front desk staff, especially the lady I interacted with, was super friendly and understanding. The only minor downside is that the room was a bit small overall, but everything else was fine. The soundproofing was excellent!
