This time in Kunming, I stayed at the Xana Hotel, located opposite Taoyuan Square on Taoyuan Street, overlooking the Panlong River. There's a supermarket next to the hotel on the first floor, and KTVs on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors. I initially thought it would be noisy, but the soundproofing was quite good; I couldn't hear any unusual noises at night. My room had a river and street view, with nice views of the river and square. The interior decoration was quite interesting, all in Tiffany blue tones, with soothing music playing. All the furnishings were part of the same visual identity design, showing attention to detail. Breakfast was on the seventh floor the next morning, with a decent selection and reasonably good coffee. There's also a small gym and laundry room on the seventh floor. Because it is necessary to catch the high-speed rail at 7:30 in the morning, they have a high-speed rail pick-up service. The hotel is downstairs to the commercial street.
