Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were perfect. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of variety. The front desk staff were really friendly and polite, and check-in was super quick. The location is also very convenient with great transportation links. Absolutely amazing value for money, highly recommend it!

This is my second stay at Atour, and I'm very satisfied. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The location is super convenient with a subway station, park, and shopping mall nearby, plus a KFC and Pizza Hut right downstairs, which my kids loved. We stayed here for an event my daughter was participating in, and it was a fantastic choice. The service really stood out—every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely nice. Fabulously surprised by the quality of the stay, and furnishing of the hotel. Surprised by this Atour hotel. Maybe it is new compared to the older ones in Shanghai. Felt that Atour is a prime candidate for acquisition by CapitaL in future push outside of its prime brands. Good recommendation of the restaurant behind the hotel. Rear push by the hotel towards sustainability. And a little of wellness. Would stay here again in future.
