前台的所有服務員們非常認真負責熱情周到！很滿意！很喜歡她們的服務意識。美中不足的是Wi-Fi，用酒店普通的，信號不好，用房間單獨的，電視機必須開着。據説，這個問題酒店已經意識到，會做改變的

相比庫爾勒的全季來説，個人認為還是要差一點！雖然裝修風格大體差不多，但細節還是有不少方面不如庫爾勒的好。如夜燈配置，電燈開關的設定等！

當天晚上坐火車從阿克蘇到庫車路上發生地震，晚到酒店2小時。酒店主動電話我諮詢情況，並提前為我開好空調，到酒店後前台服務員主動諮詢我肚子是否餓了，並送上吃的和水果。住了兩天離店的時候服務員小凡不僅美貌漂亮，説話親切，還主動幫我搬行李和叫出租車，這家酒店的服務勝過大多數五星級的酒店。房間很大，很乾凈。位置也很好，去庫車市區各景點都很方便。下次來庫車，衹選全季這家酒店。

非常滿意，是整個南疆旅遊中最滿意的一間酒店。前台的美女非常熱情，主動出來幫我們拿行李，我們訂的是不含早餐的房間，主動送了我們兩天早餐，早餐的出品不錯。我們出門的時候還送上礦泉水，給我們在路上喝，極力推薦這家酒店，有機會來庫車的話一定再住。
