Bastar Jungle Resort

1) bathroom fixtures were unclean and unusables with muddy floor and yellow water in western 2) unclean and smelly towels 3) red patchy blankets and bed sheets 4) kitchen was far away from hotel rooms and they were bringing the orders without any cover. It was raining heavily so our orders got affected. 5) there was a faulty electric kettle in one room and in other room there was no electric kettle after asking they have arranged a kettle which was having spiders. 6) foods and rooms are over priced 7) no help from the manager vijay after calling him multiple times and then after roaming aimlessly for about 30mins we got help from mr a dubey who is from city office and some localities we reached to the hotel. 8) vijay who is the so called manager does not have the meaning of hospitality. Only good thing about this place is the service provided by the two waiters ( habil & harish) whose relentless efforts made our stay a bit tolerate.

Nice property. Horrible service. Owner of property perhaps does not take note of feedbacks. Most feedbacks i. E. Reviews mention about horrible service by staff. But no corrective measures taken.

Very premium charges of a poor property. Staff not at all trained, food preparation is like next to any street shop. Bathroom toilet were not even check before making check-in. T toilet sprinkler were not working. Despite many request towels were not provided. Provided soap and shampoo are of cheap quality. Staff not at all trained. One room had odour of any dead rat or lizard. This was not solved, or taken care by hotel staff. Not at all suitable to get place in top rated property. Also hotel manager vijay said mm t charged us almost 50 % higher then the actual cost on that day by hotel. Mmt charged us for what ? when hotel itself is charging far lower.

We were not provided breakfast even after we paid for it in advance for both the days. We need a refund for the same.

The property goes well with theme but not maintained, rooms are big and beautiful but unhygienic

The resort is in a forest as we expected. The independent villa kind rooms are very good, clean and good toilet with hot water. Food is great. With own vehicle this place is good. Reach this place before the dawn.

Very good resorts full natural feeling, very good staff behaviors, and food.

The ac didn't work in the cottage even after setting it up for half n hour. The manager denied to agree that it's not working. Towels weren't kept and room wasn't made ready for extra adult although it was mentioned before. Food was good though. There's no wifi.
