酒店的風景極好，房間寬敞，還有大浴室。雖然設施略顯老舊，但還能看出曾經的輝煌。前台很熱情，門口就有下電公司的下津井循環線公交站。
從巴士到酒店，下電公司整體服務質量都很高。

A fairly nice hotel with fair, reasonable and affordable price in the area with accessible location, quite easy to be accessed by foreign travellers. The breakfast and dinner were not as good as expected and did not offering a range of nice food choices. Will be more than happy to recommend the hotel to all types of travellers.

偶然、小学校の修学旅行と重なりました。お陰でいい部屋に代えてもらいました。サンルームが和室と同程度の広さがあり、さらにベランダが広くついていました。瀬戸内海が見渡せる最高の部屋です。 食事は会席料理で美味しく、料理が出てくる時間もゆったりとして、会話も楽しめるいい夕食になりました。朝食はお弁当と前もって言われていましたが、おかずがお弁当箱にびっしり入り、御飯と汁物は別に温かいものが用意されていました。普通にお弁当として買ったら３０００円以上だと思います。

立地は良いか、夜の食事が物足りない。また、料理の説明無く固形燃料は、いつける？放置状態。 朝食の弁当はわかっていたが、お粗末、ホテルで出せる弁当？ 部屋のジャグジーのお湯は、最高30℃。この時期で売りにするもの？ 露天風呂の入口近くに「女性専用…」の看板が間際らしい チェックアウトの時に、露天入口に気づく始末と言った気が付つかない自分に非があるが、全体的に案内に乏しい 安全設備は、目立つところは製造元が点検してほしい。 １階から直接プライベートビーチ？に出れるのは良い

壁が薄く、子供と早めに就寝しましたが、隣の声がうるさく23時頃に目が覚めてしまいました。
24時にフロントに連絡したら、注意していただいたようでそのあとは静かになったので寝られました。

施設が古いのは仕方ないが、掃除が行き届いていない。
また、節電の為か部屋の蛍光灯が１つ外されていて、暗かった。
スタッフは皆さん感じがよく、しっかりとされている印象。
たが、レストランでは人数不足からか、あちこちからクレームを受けているのを見て、せっかくのご飯が楽しめなかった。スタッフの方々の責任ではなく、配置人数と客質の問題か。
料理はとてと美味しかっただけに残念。
コロナ禍から立ち直っていく過程かと思うが、人数の補充、施設メンテナンスの質の向上を頑張ってほしい。
重ねて言うが、ロケーションは最高、料理も最高、スタッフもよく頑張っている。
たまたまかと思うが、客質は相当に悪い。
次があれば、屋外バーベキューを利用したいが。。
