I'm a regular at this hotel chain and usually never disappointed. This time was no exception. It's just that the location is a bit out of the way. It takes a while to get to the attractions. I will continue to support it.

I booked a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. It was even worse when the air conditioner was on. After that, the air conditioner had a musty, damp smell, or rather, a musty smell that bothered me until morning. The TV was an old model, and I thought VOD was a thing of the past. The hotel I stayed at the night before had an Android TV with Netflix, so I was a little disappointed. Also, it's a bit far from any shops, so it's inconvenient. The parking lot was large and easy to park in, which was helpful. There was a bath on the first floor, but I didn't use it. There were a lot of people at check-in and the front desk, and I felt too self-conscious, so it was difficult for me to use. I understand that it's a design issue and probably can't be easily changed, but if it were on an upper floor, I might have been able to use it without feeling self-conscious. The sound of the door closing in the next room was so loud that it startled me several times. Also, the refrigerator didn't cool at all and was unusable. It would be helpful if pillows and amenities were placed near the front desk. It saves you from having to call a staff member just for a pillow, and recently, some hotels even offer several types of pillows to choose from. Looking at the clientele, I felt it was geared towards business travelers, and perhaps because of that, the front desk service was rather indifferent. Is this a recent industry trend, but it seems that male hotel staff can have long hair as long as they style it up with hair gel. I'd never seen that at any other hotel I've stayed at before, so it was a novel experience, but it didn't look clean. I don't know if it's acceptable because it's a business hotel, but I've never seen it even at family restaurants. While personal appearance is important, I felt they lacked awareness of being the first person guests see. It was disappointing. The price including breakfast was good, but if a service charge was included, I would deduct points. If that's the case, I'd choose a more expensive hotel for the same price without breakfast. It's too late now, though. I don't think there are any hotels that are perfect in every way. Many hotels, even with older facilities, are making efforts to improve. I hoped this hotel was one of those.

It's a little far from Kurashiki Station, but it's right in front of Tokiwa Station on the Rinkai Railway. Parking is free. The rooms have tables and chairs, and the bathtub is spacious. There's also a large public bath, and the staff are very friendly👍 Compared to Kurashiki Station, this is a much cheaper place to stay, so I love it and use it frequently when I go back home. If it's reasonably priced again next time, I'd like to make this my regular place.

It was nice that the facility was clean and there was a large parking lot. The breakfast had a wide variety and was satisfying. The large public bath seemed small considering the size of the facility. There were only two hair dryers in the changing rooms, which might be a bit of a pain during busy times... But considering the price, I was satisfied with the hotel. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

家族旅行で利用しました。　ホテルルートインは各地で利用しますが、こちらのホテルで良かったのは朝食が美味しいのとホテルの部屋にテーブルとソファーがあり、食べ物を食べながらくつろげました。今までのルートインの中で一番良かったです。そちらの方に旅行に行ったら遠くてでも行きたい場所になりました。

安定のルートイン。とても清潔で朝食サービスもよかったです。近くの町中華「とらや」駐車場もあって味もボリュームもすごくよかった！中華そば600円。昔ながらのラーメンで毎日食べられる味。ニラレバ、餃子、チャーハンも最高だった！

娘と2人で宿泊させていただきました。倉敷美観地区まで車で10分ほどで行け便利でした。部屋も清潔でよかったです。ただ朝食のバイキングのメニューが少なくて少し残念でした。

舒適，更適合商務出行，最好自駕遊

酒店位置偏遠，不近市中心，距離倉敷美觀區有一點遠，自駕車程要大約要20分鐘才到市中心，酒店附近有個JR 車站。

連鎖酒店值得信賴，不在市中心但也夠方便附近餐廳便利店都有。大浴場好評！房間面積在日本算比較大的了，還配了個沙發。早餐品種多味道好，一級棒！

雖說是在車站旁，但異常的荒涼，最近的超商要走10分鐘，對面的超市也都是在賣衣服跟日常生活用品，不過飯店一樓有賣吃的，像食堂一樣。
