Stayed here for one. Very nice hotel with good location. Very near to train station. I loved it.

Here’s a clearer version of your feedback: Overall, my experience was good. However, the bathroom needs a better ventilation system, as the lack of airflow led to an unpleasant odor. Regarding the service, I was somewhat disappointed that the hotel couldn’t handle my last-minute booking changes over the phone. Instead, I had to make an additional online reservation through Trip.com, as I did initially. Although I speak Japanese and there was no language barrier, I wasn’t given an explanation for the inconvenience.

It was the great place and we enjoyed it so much.

The hotel was cleaned, but I was concerned about signs of wear and tear. It would have been nice if the ceiling lights could be turned on. Also, the shower curtain smelled of a middle-aged man's sebum? When I stayed there, they were collaborating with a popular game on the restaurant menu and panel exhibits. The hotel has a retro feel.

Even though I suffer from back pain, I was able to sleep very comfortably. A good bed really is a good thing! It really helped relieve the fatigue from the day.

The overall hotel design is very beautiful, the corridors and rooms are very classical style, there is no room card, it is still a traditional key + sign for power. The only drawback is the central heating. There is no way to turn on the air conditioning. It is too hot to sleep at night. During the same period, hotels in other cities still supported air conditioning 😂😂😂

You can tell how much care this hotel puts into the tableware used. Although the dishes are old, they are made up of only high-quality dishes. This is the best hotel in Kure where you can fully enjoy the comfort of an old hotel.

さすがの阪急ホテル、呉駅のすぐそこで便利。 駅から近いので周辺にお店も集まっておりその点も便利、ホテルの食事もおいしかったです。 シングルでしたが部屋もきれいで一人には勿体ないくらいの広さすごく贅沢な空間でした。 トイレバスも広くて清潔、しいて言えばお風呂の給湯が昔のシステム、お湯と水の蛇口が別々になっていて自分で調整するのが少々難だが慣れれば勢いよくお湯が出せ湯船がすぐ満杯になる。

阪急這品牌歷史优久，在吳市JR站旁邊非常好。酒店有點舊，但依然保養良好，佈局也很實用，想不到有浴缸呢，立即浸一下消除疲勞。可惜Netflix不能投屏，但youtube可以。另外，是否冬天没有冷氣？已開到最強及18度，但依然沒有冷風出，好在有空氣清新機，立即開了當風扇，勉強可以。大堂的職員態度親切有禮，👍👍👍😉。

早餐是套餐，在頂樓餐廳享用，可看到市內山景海景。 職員也很親切。 地點就在車站旁非常方便， 步行去商店街/商場也可以。
