Good day. February just started and I had time to go to the Avenue Park Hotel in Kurgan for 3 nights. The cost of accommodation was 13,500 in the standard room. But here I lived not quite in the standard, but here about it in more detail just below. But before writing a review, I read all the reviews below 3*. And perhaps in what they all are similar - it is a question to the staff. This is my story: I arrived 4.02.2020 and it turned out that in the hotel booking for me from 05.02.20 to 08.02.20. In principle, I was left alone with this. But could immediately look at their free rooms and offer me what I eat. They did after my request. There was only a luxury (the photo of the luxury goes in the hotel description). I settled in the suite, opened the computer, found a reservation confirmed to me and it turned out to be from 04.02 to 07.02. That is, they moved me for a day. With this letter I went down, demonstrated, offered to wait for the morning when the director will leave. In the morning, I stand with things on the receptacle, but I'm told the director went to the planner. Heads, you have a situation out of a row and you are on the planner. And I didn't even have to leave things in the storage room. Okay, thought on the planner to discuss my question, left his phone on the resepschen, asked me to contact. Time 14:00, no calls! Written in the contour that provided me a reservation (CWT), they thank you, after an hour the question was decided. I come in the evening, I'm settled in the room. But no apology for inconvenience, no compliments. Well, now about the living: Room. Luxury is large and spacious. There is a mini kitchen with microwave, dishes and appliances. Big bed, but not convenient place to work, chair to the table is not properly selected at height. The luxury has a plate of smooth, capsule coffee lavaza machine. Big bathroom. Room. Standard. Quite close, there is a drop-off coffee machine, there is no board (and so the hotel 4* put it). In the place of the windows, there are false windows. Everything is very clean. Sports hall. Nothing normal. What liked. Shower right there. But where the weights??? Shut up, buy for 800 rubles. It was surprising that after the exercise they were asked to clean up everything with disinfectant solution. I would remind you of this hotel type 4*. Breakfast. Card in. On these cards you are brought a hot drink. Two out of three times I brought the wrong thing I ordered. The food plates themselves are extremely uncomfortable, the opening of the cover prevents the shelves over them, you have to keep the cover, the plate and manage to put it. The choice is extremely poor, although I am very poor in the quality of the products and the presence of products like the sema pleasantly surprised. There are no vegetables separately, only salads, fruit only apples. In principle on the photo the whole range that is presented for breakfast, plus order omlet and eyeliner for order. To conclude. The room itself is pleasant, clean and comfortable. While this hotel can argue only Versal in the turban. At the level of the gym, you have to stretch. And staff is a gesture, you have to do something (personnel in all the turban hotels is a gesture), from administrators to director. I
