It is good but no good room service

The rooms are clean. The behavior of personnel is courteous. The towels can be replaced. Breakfast menu is okay but can improve. Overall good value for money.

This is very disgusting to book hotel through make my trip they have collected from me 5800 but hotel people give loin invoice for 4100 only i have contacted makemytrip people they have raised the query and closed the same without fulfilling my request

Hotel did not meet expectations as per photograph

Ambiance is good and but only issue is that the service is little slow and the room size is very small compared to the price and other hotels in the city.

Toilet seats are very old and stained. Room was smelly and full, of cockroaches. I saw few more rooms, but all have same problem. They gave a new room which they cleaned. But after few hours cockroaches came again. They are telling they might renovate, but all n confirm before u book it. Staff is okie but i think mgmt should put some. Money and renovate. Restaurant have no staff and u will get old and uncleaned plates. Broken cups. U will hardly get anything from menu. They serve descent breakfast. Idly chatni sambhar was good. But dont expect too much. They have enough space but need renovation.

Washroom was dirty, parking for car was good,

When we left hotel nobody was in the reception to check out, hence we were forced to keep the keys at the counter, card was informed.
