First off, the hot springs were fantastic! 👍 Getting there was also quite convenient; if you contact the hotel beforehand, they'll arrange a pick-up and drop-off at the station. The service was great too – on the way to the station the next day, they even took us on a little tour of the surrounding scenery and gave excellent commentary. The food was delicious and fresh. The only thing is that the facilities are a bit dated; you can definitely feel the age of the furniture in the room. 😁 The autumn views must be even more beautiful!

The service is pretty good. There is a shuttle bus at Kurobe Shinkansen Station every day. Even if you come by train, there is also a shuttle bus at Unazuki Onsen Station. Although it is only a few minutes' walk away, there are no private hot springs, only two open-air baths and an indoor bath that alternate between men and women. The food is average, but it is not easy to find a restaurant on the streets in the mountains, so you can only make do with it.

The service was very good. Since we did not follow the hotel's schedule and there were many people and luggage, the hotel sent a car to pick us up. On the return trip, it rained, so in order to let us catch the train, they sent another car to take us back. Thank you for the warm service! The room has a great view of mountains and water when you open the window. There are many high-end toiletries, the room is clean and tidy, and the food is delicious. I will come again next time.

The hotel has a lovely Japanese style. Breakfast and dinner are set meals, served one course at a time. They've sped things up a bit since before, and the service is quite fast. The service is excellent, and we even met two Chinese girls doing internships there – it was very heartwarming.

The rooms, meals, open-air bath, and the service of the staff were all very satisfying. We were able to spend a relaxing time with our family.

Stayed for two days in a row. The dinner was really good and well worth the money. I will go there again next time I go to Unazuki. The food is very attentive. I have my own separate room for eating. I like it very much. The environment is beautiful.

The hotel is a well-preserved local hot spring hotel. The hot springs are very good. It is not far from the station and within walking distance. The house is pure Japanese style and the food is also very special.
