Приехав по работе в гостиницу Наrten столкнулась прям с "издевательством" отеля на своими постояльцами. Телек в номере не работал по приезду, ну думаю ладно, не больно его смотрю, утром пошла в душ, напрасно ждала, что нагреется на выставленная до максимума горячая вода, да не тут то было, осталось только мыться водой около 30 градусов. Но сушка феном добила окончательно. Оказывается,можно одномоментно левой рукой держа фен, одним пальцем левой руки распрямлять фен, другим пальцем этой же левой руки нажимать на кнопку фена для его включения. Итог: заболела, поскольку в ледяной воды мыться не привыкла, причесон тоже остался желать лучшего. При чем на ресепшне знали, что воды горячей нет, но за целый рабочий день ничего не предприняли для исправления ситуации. Поэтому, как понимаете, оставить позитивный отзыв не могу.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле в командировках. Лучше в Курске наверное не найти. Выезд с отеля трудный, проживания в целом отличное, есть спортзал

Ужасный отель. Во-первых, заехав вроде как в номер полулюкс вдвоём у нас был только один комплект полотенец, один комплект косметики и пустой бар. Причём я готова заплатить за напитки в баре, но он пустой. Ок, нет коллы, поставьте миниралку ((( Дальше - лучше. Мы уехали по делам, мне звонит работник отеля и говорит, что мы все перепутали, ваш номер забронирован, собирайте вещи и переедете в другой номер. Мы не в городе, у нас свои дела, отвечаю - нет. Тогда мне говорят - мы сами ваши вещи соберём и вынесем, на вопрос и в сейф залезете- ответ: а что? Там что-то есть? Не мое категорическое нет, парень психанул. Вообщем всегда останавливалась в Диканьке и дальше буду останавливаться там. А этот отель не рекомендую, думаю все отзывы - фейк!!!

Для Курска крайне достойный интерьер и вежливый персонал! Чисто, всё работает). Косметические средства для душа, зуб щетка с пастой есть, халат и тапочки тоже. Вопрос только к вентиляции воздуха. Тут или ароматизировать было бы не плохо, аромамашины прекрасно справляются или что-то решать.. заселялись в номер и ощущение было что в нем 10мин назад ещё спал кто- то.. завтрак надо привести в порядок(обветренные фрукты эту фу, особенно в августе). Дети брали сосиски на завтрак и стали есть(оказывается так бывает), они были склизкие все.. расположение нормальное! 3 минуты пешком до площади Перекальского. хочется что бы хозяева любили и развивали своё место! Здорово что вы его создали, но не останавливайтесь на этом!
