Гостиница незаслуженно оценивает себя в 4 звезды! Грязно,в номере холодно,обогреватель с 3 раза принесли работающий,телефон не работает-и по каждому вопросу необходимо пешочком прогуливаться на ресепшен. По приезду у входа в номер нас встречала гора оставшейся после ужина грязной посуды,кондиционер и розетки не работают! Собственно это малая часть описания номера стандарт за 5000 рублей. Несопоставимое соотношение цены и качества предоставляемых услуг!

Гостиница нормальная, чистая, уборка номера на высшем уровне. Жили в 520 и 522 номерах, полотенца меняли каждый день, воду ставили каждый день. Купили завтрак (в наш номер не входил) - конечно слабовато, но было все, что надо : каша, омлет, варенные яйца, сосиски, соки, картоха, Кура жаренная, БУЛЬОН, короче голодными не остались. На первом этаже продаются сувениры по вменяемым ценам. Вообщем, спасибо.

Был по работе. Плюсы Большой номер Минусы 1. Номерной фонд старый, 2. полотенца для тела нет, 3. нет мини бара, 4. отсутствует в номере контактная информация как связаться с Ресепшен 5. Нет зубных щёток и пасты 6. Нет фена 7. Ковролин грязный
