Приезжали в гости на свадьбу,торжество проходило в этом отеле. Проживали в полулюксе. Номер хороший,всем оснащён,только ящик под умывальником был приклеен скотчем,который отклеевался и ящик не закрывался. Обслуживание персонал не рад гостям,ни кто ,ни когда не здоровывается! На завтрак всегда холодные блюда подают. Свадебный банкет был назначен на вечер,мы днем хотели посидеть в беседке,нам сказали что они все 10 штук за бронированы, тоесть они нехотели после нас убирать,наши друзья также не могли заказать еды,на что им отказали потому что повара небыло. На свадьбе официанты не меняли тарелки,по их мнению мы должны есть из одной и закуски и салат и горячие и фрукты. Если заканчивались напитки ,то приходилось долго очень ждать. На следующий день когда попросили оставшуюся еду разогреть и посидеть в беседке нам отказали ,типо со своей едой нельзя,еште в номере. Вобщем сервис ужасный!!! Гости их напрягают. Видимо оценка такая высокая накрученая

Здравствуйте Гостиница так себе номера убиты но не все есть там директор вальтер ходит смотрит аж не по себе такое чувство что ты ему должен что то ругает персонал при гостях не приятный человек персонал 5+ молодцы конечно стараться хочу отметить Олега админа ресторанна Юлия и повара гарика который делает бомбовые люблю красиво на заднем дворе

На первом этаже имеется бар, где проводятся банкеты и прочие мероприятия. Музыка играет очень громко (на 2-м этаже слышно как-будто сам на празднике). Гостей не предупреждают об громких мероприятиях. Уснуть в таком балагане не возможно. Музыку обещают выключить в 23:30. Не смотря на чистые номера, хороший завтрак, и доброжелательность персонала, отдых в покое важнее всего. Для спокойного и тихого отдыха крайне не рекомендую!!!
