- no proper reception area to address the customers. - room door locks were broken. - foul smell in the blankets

Hotel is ok. Location is good Staff is nice Rooms not well kept. Dirty walls Bathroom require more cleanliness No lift. Difficult for elederly persons. Rooms are big Need to work on overall cleanliness We went after seeing previous reviews but does not deserve 5 stars
