Fantastic weather even in May it was cool and not warm or humid at all which was absolutely surprising, superb staff, specially Pradeep. I celebrated my wife’s birthday and they prepared a venue which was a private gazebo in the middle of the water with amazing wives, lovely decor , music and the best part was food, chef is amazing and he prepared amazing dishes, specially the birthday cake, Lemon grilled fish was mouth watering. Every food items that we ate were amazing, selected breakfast menu but very delicious, I must say….. All the sports activating available at this resort were amazing, swimming pool view was breath taking, good vibes on swimming pool, good music, lovely view, temperature controlled water, good staff taking care of ur drinks menu, specially Jayesh. He is very good guy….. On a special request while returning back to jetty, the boat captain did a quick and a small night tour was amazing, this lake is nearing to Jungle so in the night it looks very beautiful. I have captured few moments from my phone, these are all night photos. They made my wife’s birthday so amazing that I have no words to thank them.

Extremely happy to be the guest at canary island resort and spa lonavala.they pamper you with the great and timely services,the ambience,the food and what not.it stands out as the first island resort of Maharashtra with 100 acres of property.the water activities we enjoyed fully.the casual evenings watching sunset ahead of you , walk ***** the lake with the company of 🪿,clicking beautiful pics with them , sipping hot tea at the restaurant which faces the lake,you can't miss or opt out any of these.highly recommended stay here.the staff are well trained n helpful as well as cordial.so happy indeed to choose this resort for staycation

The location and surroundings of the resort are beautiful. Resort quality when it comes to rooms, pool and restaurant is top class. Staff is very polite and helpful. I would like to acknowledge the HR of the resort for good selection here. Food though expensive is awesome.

The property is lovely and reminded me of my Balinese stay.The staff were courteous , from Poonam who welcomed us , to the fnb ***ager Jaspinder , Sushama and Pradip who served us dinner and of course Prathraj Das who escorted us to our Dove room.Will surely recommend to friends and family.

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Excellent location, excellent premises, good food and super courteous staff. Ten out of ten stars from me for everything…., you’re welcome at checkin to checkout everything was super smooth. Full marks for hygiene and cleanliness. Highly recommended resort for a short trip. Just 1.5 hours distance from Pune.

The staff is very helpful especially Sushama , she was the sweetest. The location is amazing. I had a great time with my husband there.

I am currently staying in the property and its soo disappointing after paying 20k for 1 night for a base room…the property is completely under construction…the swimming pool area nad the pool are dirty and zero maintenance. We requested for a mosquito coil as there ***y but for the same they denied then we requested for incense stick wohld also work but again same answer which is no. Please ***agement look into the maintenance if you wish to charge so mucha nd provide zero facilities to your customer. The ***agers are so rude and argue for every small thing requested and they are not even bothered even if we complain or not considerate for any reviews. Please dont waste money instead a***zi or hilton are much better properties avoid going to this place.
