Stayed a paloma marina in may 2024 soon as we arrived we had an issue at reception as they asked for a voucher, which we was confused on what that ment, finally we knew what they ment, the booking confirmation from easyjet. Which they should have themselves. Appar**ents are really lovely, clean and modern. Pool area is nice and relaxing. We was disappointed to find out the resturent looking over the marina is no longer part of the hotel which was shown on the website, also they no longer have the patisserie. Staff needing more training. Trying to get a drink was challenging at times and sometimes was wrong due to language barrier and staff lack of knowledge. Location is nice, close to resturents and the beach.

Biraz iş biraz eğlenmek için ekip arkadaşlarımla bir araya geldiğim, check in, check out arasında geçen 4 şahane gün için ön büro müdürü Nedret Hanım ve Otel müdürü Kemal bey önderliğinde tüm personeline güleryüzleri ve misafirperver davranışları için kendim ve arkadaşlarım adına çok teşekkür ederek ayrıldığım bir otel oldu. Aslında otelden ziyade kendinizi evinizde hissettiriyorlar. Güleryüzün olduğu yerde diğer kriterlerin çokta önemi kalmasada, kahvaltısı akşam yemekleri ve başarılı snack atıştırmalıkları, konforlu ve geniş odaları, şehrin içinde her türlü imkana kolaylık sağlayan lokasyonu ile ailem ilede gi**ek isteyeceğim bir adresim daha oldu. Özellikle dana füme ve mantarlı pizza yemeğe mutlaka tekrar geleceğim. Tüm personele sevgi ve selamlarımla.

I was at a hotel for a business trip and needed a quiet environment for an urgent online meeting. They were really helpful. A decent and quiet hotel. Many thanks to Mr. Kemal and Ms. Nedret. It is very easy to reach, right at the entrance of Kuşadası.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the staff is friendly, the open buffet breakfast and food were really delicious. It is within walking distance of the market and entertainment venues and has a beautiful view. We definitely left very satisfied, we recommend it.

Overall nice experience except few things.. our cleaning crew had left our balcony door open , luckily no cats inside, only on the balcony chairs .. ( we had first floor). At Gym , no trea**ill was working and many other things were rusted. Pool area was beautiful, breakfast and dinner just fine !
Bed comfy and nice clean sheets! Location great , no need to climb the hills .. just at the Marina .

It is always hard to review a property when you are used to staying at higher starred venue so this review is based on the cost and also the star it is.
Location- very good location right next to the marina, easy to get to many restaurants and we stayed here to be close to Ephesus which worked well for us and we had nice dinners out.
Food- we looked at the breakfast buffet but chose against it due to being quite basic however for the price paid for the room it is adequate. Dinner again we ate out so cannot comment.
Room-great size minimal charging sockets (had to unplug lamps etc) storage space great. Wifi didnt work in the room so this was a bit annoying but strong in main lobby. Could have been a cleaner room some stains on the sofa etc but again for a short stay and for the low price perfectly adequate. Bed was ok and aircon worked well, room was quiet.
I think for the price and for a short stay if you will not spend much time in the room it is worth it, the entrance and staff are very nice but i do think the place could do with updating in many areas.
