Nous sommes revenus au Paloma pour un troisième séjour et pour la première fois dans la formule demi pension. Dès le premier matin, nous avons été très déçu de constater que le restaurant avec vue sur la Marina avait été privatisé et ne faisait plus partie de l'hôtel alors qu'il est toujours mis en avant sur le site de l'hôtel et de TUI! Le petit déjeuner et le diner se font au niveau du bar de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est simple et très basique; le diner est du même niveau. Le personnel est jeune et peu professionnel, il a des difficultés à assurer le réapprovisionnement des plats. Gros problème également avec la communication qui est très difficile car personne ne parle anglais et encore moins français. Habitués des séjours en Turquie, nous avons également été très étonné par la quasi absence de sourire et même du simple bonjour envers la clientèle. Le personnel de l'accueil est lui chaleureux et souriant. Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes et bien équipées. Le point fort du Paloma reste sa situation exceptionnelle et son calme. Malgré ces points négatifs, nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel et espérons que le personnel bénéficiera d'une formation pour améliorer son niveau. Un simple sourire change beaucoup de choses.

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind groß, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings fällt es direkt auf, dass sehr viele junge Menschen hier arbeiten und nur wenig erfahrenes Personal. Man vermisst ein wenig die Professionalität und den Service am Gast. Das Essen steht in Buffetform zur Verfügung. Am ersten Tag hatten wir keinerlei Beschriftung an den Speisen, was dann am nächsten Tag nachgeholt wurde. Es fehlten teilweise Zangen um sich die Lebensmittel zu nehmen und beim Brot fehlte eine Serviette um es beim schneiden festzuhalten… Nicht sehr hygienisch. Das Essen ist kein kulinarisches Highlight, man wird aber satt. Überrascht waren wir, das hier für ein Glas Wein 10€ aufgerufen wird. Das steht in keinem Verhältnis. Schade. Die Poolanlage scheint gepflegt und man kann dort gut verweilen. Das Fitnessstudio ist mehr Schein als Sein. Würden die Geräte funktionieren wäre es wirklich toll gewesen. Leider alles sehr marode und unprofessionell repariert.

Stayed a paloma marina in may 2024 soon as we arrived we had an issue at reception as they asked for a voucher, which we was confused on what that ment, finally we knew what they ment, the booking confirmation from easyjet. Which they should have themselves. Appartments are really lovely, clean and modern. Pool area is nice and relaxing. We was disappointed to find out the resturent looking over the marina is no longer part of the hotel which was shown on the website, also they no longer have the patisserie. Staff needing more training. Trying to get a drink was challenging at times and sometimes was wrong due to language barrier and staff lack of knowledge. Location is nice, close to resturents and the beach.

Biraz iş biraz eğlenmek için ekip arkadaşlarımla bir araya geldiğim, check in, check out arasında geçen 4 şahane gün için ön büro müdürü Nedret Hanım ve Otel müdürü Kemal bey önderliğinde tüm personeline güleryüzleri ve misafirperver davranışları için kendim ve arkadaşlarım adına çok teşekkür ederek ayrıldığım bir otel oldu. Aslında otelden ziyade kendinizi evinizde hissettiriyorlar. Güleryüzün olduğu yerde diğer kriterlerin çokta önemi kalmasada, kahvaltısı akşam yemekleri ve başarılı snack atıştırmalıkları, konforlu ve geniş odaları, şehrin içinde her türlü imkana kolaylık sağlayan lokasyonu ile ailem ilede gitmek isteyeceğim bir adresim daha oldu. Özellikle dana füme ve mantarlı pizza yemeğe mutlaka tekrar geleceğim. Tüm personele sevgi ve selamlarımla.

Odaları çok ferah ve rahat, çalışanlar güler yüzlü , açık büfe kahvaltısı ve yemekleri gerçekten çok lezzetliydi. Çarşıya ve eğlence mekanlarına yürüme mesafesinde , güzel bir manzarası var. Kesinlikle çok memnun ayrıldık, tavsiye ediyoruz.

Overall nice experience except few things.. our cleaning crew had left our balcony door open , luckily no cats inside, only on the balcony chairs .. ( we had first floor). At Gym , no treatmill was working and many other things were rusted. Pool area was beautiful, breakfast and dinner just fine !
Bed comfy and nice clean sheets! Location great , no need to climb the hills .. just at the Marina .
