Traveling in the off-season, the sea view room is good, the hotel is not good, the breakfast is good, the room facilities are a little old, and the decoration style is more business-oriented, it is recommended to stay on the whole!

Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable and delicious breakfast. I like everything, but the hotel is far from the sea. There is an inbound transfer, but only 2 times a day, and at a certain time. I have to take a taxi.

Just back home after a most enjoyable tour in Turkey with Frank from Sunway We stayed at Seaport 360 for the week and I have to say it is quite a nice hotel with rooms equipped with a fridge, tea making facilities, comfortable beds, good size balconies most with fabulous views of kusadasi and the beautiful Aegean sea . Enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning with many options also had dinner some evenings which was also very good. There is a lovely swimming pool with towels provided and plenty sunbeds at this time of year and of course the fabulous view . It is a short walk to the nearest beach ,shops,bars , restaurants etc. Thank you to the lovely friendly, helpful, courteous staff Ali, Sinon, Intisar just to mention a few . They even managed to teach me some turkish phrases! Looking forward to returning next year .

Hotel was absolutely vile I actually made a Video of the buffet food it was atrocious, I wish there was a review similar to this when we went and we would’ve cancelled immediately. Not one hello or morning during our stay. Pool is absolutely freezing to the point of it being unbearable. We stayed 7 nights and ate out 5 of them. Please don’t stay here I’m warning you, turkey is beautiful and food when eating out is nice too but as soon as all inclusive hotels like this one take your money, they don’t care about you or your stay. Only bit of entertainment was when the cruise guests arrived. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Never ever again. Photos below were taken at the breakfast buffet, we were in there at 8:20, the food was tins were empty, this was literally all you got in the buffet nothing else. Absolutely horrendous

Merhabalar bu otel için otelin kendi revervazyon bölümünden 27 temmuz 2022 tarihinde 8 11 Eylül tarihleri için revervazyon yaptırdım fakat beni 18 ağustosta ariyarak otel çalışmıyor dediler ve beni mağdur ettiler asla kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum 1 yılda 1 kere tatil yapıyorsunuz bütün planlarimi alt üst ettiler ...

Bir medya mensubu olarak gerek yurt dışında gerek yurt içi sayısız galaksi gibi yıldızları olan otellerde kaldım. Sühan otelde yıldızın önemsiz olduğunu yaşadım, yaşattılar. Hijyen mükemmel, Çapa retorant, İstanbul bogazı balıkçılarına taş çıkartır. Havuz pırıl pırıl. En önemlisi,bu otelde hiçbirşeye dikkat etmeyin, çünkü sizin yerinize dikkat eden kaliteli personel var. Evden çıkıp rahat etmek isteyen Sühan otele koşarak gitsin. Emeğinize sağlık.

This was our honeymoon choice and we weren't disappointed. We'd booked a swim-up room and would definately recommend this. Hotel, staff and food were amazing. We'll be back to celebrate our anniversary, maybe next year.

Bonjour, nous étions en vacances dans l'hôtel pour une semaine. Déjà pour être franc l'hôtel mérite tout juste 1 étoile, la nourriture très médiocre, le personnel de l'accueil standard désagréable . Au moment de partir le dernier jour ,ils nous ont demandé de payer la nuitée supplémentaires alors que nous avions réservé les 7 jours. Nous n'avons pas voulu payer, ils nous ont bloqué les valises et toutes nos affaires dans la chambre, désactiver l'accès à la chambre tant que nous payons pas la journée de l'hôtel. Après de longues minutes de négociation, ils ont ouvert la chambre pour récupérer nos affaires en vitesse, par la suite que nous voulons pas payer de multiples menaces de mort de la part d'un personnel de l'accueil ( responsable d'accueil) non avons dû payer car ils ont fait venir la police locale. Très mauvais souvenirs en famille
