Casa Magnolia Boutique Rooms

This small guesthouse is situated very close to the port of Kusadasi (Scala Nuova), the bar street and the bazaars . But in order to approach the guesthouse from the centre you have to cross a small uphill road . So if you have suitcases staying there is not recommended it . Also approaching the hotel by car is very difficult due to the narrow roads in the area. Because the area is plenty of old , dilapidated houses and dark , dusty, narrow streets the sensation at night is a bit scary. However the rooms are modern although the bathroom sink is very small and uncomfortable. We stayed there for 5 nights but our room was never cleaned. The breakfast was very poor. Just a plate with omelette, with two slices of salami , cheese , butter and marmalade. Nothing special. Moreover the guesthouse has not a breakfast room. The owner uses the kitchen of his house in order to prepare the rooms and the balcony of his house as breakfast room!!!

Very clean, very nice and welcoming People. Definetly recommend ıt is new decorated hotel, you can walk Just two minutes to the centrum. They take care of their guests very well and delicious brrakfast

Lovely boutique hotel. The double room we stayed in was nicely decorated and crisp clean. Breakfast was made freshly by the host although we were pretty late to leave our room before we hit the town. It is a short stroll down from quaint Aslanlar Street to the center Kaleici and Bar Street. There is a traditional Turkish bath and a few local food outlets and a restaurant nearby before you get in to the tourist vicinity. Then you can walk to the coast in a few minutes. Casa Magnolia owners were honestly welcoming and helpful with lots of local knowledge.

Location good but very hilly walk up to it need to be in your health

Friendly, good a**osphere. Rooms Spotless, attention to detail, however walls are thin and could hear the next room. Value for money,close to town.

A very nice place to spend a few days. Great location for visiting the old town. Rooms are small but well done. Only issue is the walls are very thin and you can hear everything in the other rooms. Very good hosts breakfast. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to relax. When the price is considered, this is an excellent choice
