The hotel itself is nice! The lounge is very comfortable and the kitchen offers all kinds of utensils that can be used. The onsen itself is also very pretty! Only problem is that you have to have a strong legs to walk to the hotel from the main street if you are not driving.

It was just right for a place to stay. However, it was a bit far from Yubatake, and the hilly road made walking quite a challenge. There was no shower or toilet in the room, but the hotel did have its own hot spring.

The place felt great and simple, the common spaces are very cosy and clean. The room is comfortable for 4 friends sharing a room or for a couple. I travel alone, the amenities of the place is simple great for me. The coolest part of all was the fully automated, totally remote check-in.

Staff is extremely friendly, hotel is the mix of modern and old fashion style. Kitchen and common room are modern and clean, bath is authentic. Room is spacious and comfortable. Only thing is the location, it’s up on a hill and around 10 mins walk. So if you’re driving, recommended. If you’re taking public transport and a good walker, recommended. If not, still recommended. 10/10
