Took JR express to Kusatsu. From train terminal take a 25 mins bus to Kusatsu bus terminal. There is a shuttle to bus terminal upon request. Take less than 3 mins to reach bus terminal. If walk, then you may take longer times. I booked half boards. Dinner included. The dinner is super good. Free flow of rice, soup n side condiment. Breakfast was Okies. Takeaway coffee cups prepare for you. I specially love the onsen. Robe n slippers had prepared in room for your usage. Kusatsu is a place to have a short getaway from Tokyo.

The hotel is very close to attractions, the hot springs are great, and there is free parking.

This was our first time staying at a hot spring hotel in Kusatsu. We were traveling by car, so it was very convenient to check in. We booked the hotel’s kaiseki meal for dinner. The service, food quality, and environment are all worth recommending. In addition, it only takes 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to Kusatsu Yubatake. You can also try the open-air footbath, and shop at the nearby shops and convenience stores. Our family is very satisfied this time, like it 👍🏼!

The hotel rooms and facilities are dilapidated, the hot springs, especially the men's baths, are thin, and other facilities are not adequate. If you have a choice, you can choose other hot spring hotels in Kusatsu.

Very close to Kusatsu center, about 2-3 minutes walk, convenient location. There is a family bath, which costs 2,200 yen and can be soaked for 50 minutes. Dinner is a set per person, a lot of small dishes, the taste is ok, but there is Shangzhou beef hot pot, which is delicious. Breakfast is a Japanese buffet, but there are not many choices.

The hotel is located near Yutenda, but most of the receptionists were local Japanese groups. The reception staff were very enthusiastic. The rooms were acceptable because of the price. Most of the breakfasts were Japanese style. There was a shuttle bus, which was very convenient!

The food was very good, the stay was comfortable, and the service was very good. I took a dip in the Daikiri Hot Spring House. The temperature was extremely high, which is not recommended. I took a dip in the Dazhong Hot Spring in the morning. There were several pools, but the cleanliness was not good, and there were a lot of hairs on the water. with soap scum.

It is very convenient to arrive at the hotel in 5 minutes from Yubatake line. Dalong Naiyu is near the hotel. You can get 10% off if you wear a hotel yukata to Dalong Nai On. The breakfast is normal and has many choices. The hotel is old but the location is better. The waiters are polite and the hotel itself The hot springs are also good, and many locals stay here, and the price for one night is economical. The facilities in the room are still in use from the 1970s to the 1980s, which is interesting.

I don't want to stay there again. The cost of staying has doubled. I made a reservation for 2 people, but at the time of check-in at the reception, it was reserved for 1 person. When I checked in, I was told that I made a mistake. I was told to tell the charge fee at the time of checkout, and the staff did not explain the price or anything. The price told to check out was 8000 yen charge per person. When my husband asked the receptionist again, the hotel receptionist also said that if he made a reservation for 2 people on the reservation site, it would be 1 person. Honestly, if you know, I wonder why you don't improve or take measures. The hot springs at the hotel (female) were very dirty, there was a lot of dust, and the floor slipped. Never stay twice😡😡😡😡
