Perfect, must stay if coming to kusatsu.

今回初めて、こちらのホテルを利用しました。
まずチェックイン時に入湯税を300円払いました。
それはいいですが、夜10時で大風呂はおしまい、
たまたま、貸切風呂を予約しましたが、45.60.90分の利用時間を
指定して4500〜と有料です。
大風呂は10時でおしまいは後で知り、ちょっと早すぎて
残念。また、朝もやってなくて午後14時からと
なんだか、有料ばかりで、利用時間が短すぎてサービスは
不満とさせていただきました。
また、室内の水回りも水捌けが悪く、シャワーを浴びても
浴槽に水が溜まってしまい、気持ち悪い。
話を戻しますが、チェックインの時に、お風呂の
説明をもっとちゃんとしてほしい。
いいこともあります。
バイキングで、二人席だったが、狭いので、
広い席に途中から変えてくれた、店員さんの
配慮には感謝いたします。ありがとう😊

湯畑から少し離れた位置にありますが、シャトルバスでホテルに行くことができます。シャトルバスの時間は定められており、大体30分単位で動いています。ホテルの外観がとても綺麗です。ホテルのスタッフも対応が良かったです。

朝のビュッフェ帰り コーヒーをお部屋にもって行ってください とありとてもよかったです。
いつも、コーヒーを飲むのでホテルによっては
聞いてもダメといわれた事があり気の利いたサービスだなと思いました。
フロントの方も感じよく快適。
チェックイン前に 草津熱帯園にいったら
園の方が送ってくれました。
ここもカピパラ可愛く触ってきました。
