It is a 5-minute walk from the station and a 2-minute walk from the hot spring. The location is very good and the environment is good. The room is large and there are hot springs both indoors and outdoors. It just doesn't look like a historic hotel. The decoration is somewhat modern, but there are no tatami rooms.
