It is a very old wooden building, very beautiful and large, and quite popular. It's just that transportation and eating are not convenient. If you take a taxi, you can only ask the front desk to help make an appoin**ent, which is very expensive.
It was snowing when we arrived, it was quite beautiful.

Fantastic room, perfect food, nice reception. We were given a very friendly welcome, got the most beautiful room with a shower and bath with whirlpool and had excellent food. I can recommend Swiss Chalet with a clear conscience.

We stayed at the Schloss Hotel for one night in February because we had a voucher for it. Unfortunately, the hotel is not at all a 4-star hotel for us. There is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel or the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet is not as shown in the picture. It is really poor and the quality is not 4-star. You also have to pay an additional parking fee of 10. We were really disappointed with this stay.

Property is in a scenic setting close to Lake. Had eclectic decor which we loved.
Staff Mr. Paul was very kind and helped us to call and lodge complaint when I lost my cell phone in train. They also had amazing beveled station!
I would definitely stay there in my next trip.

We really liked the hotel. The room was very spacious and quiet, and we slept long and restfully. The lounge area with reading facilities, coffee and tea was a real oasis of well-being for us. The breakfast was definitely not up to the same standard in terms of selection and service; we have had much better. In our case, it was included, but to be charged CHF 25.00 per person for it - if it is not included - is absolutely excessive.

Most beautiful location for my whole trip. Breakfast was great, I could take it to their own private lake.
